The Mughal Emperor Jehangir constructed an octagonal tank of sculptured stones around the Jhelum spring for which carvers brought from Iran. Ascending towards DAKSUM route to Kishtwar, has a wildlife Sanctuary, plenty of different camping spots and move over TROUT FISHING. Explore different points of Daksum in the forest. if govt. develops a good infrastructure. This valley can be more famous than Pahalgam – Gulmarg!!
